Physical Therapist
Qualifications:
- Current licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist in Texas
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments in homes, daycares or other natural environments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in the child’s home, daycare, or other natural environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
- Preferred 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions for various diagnoses
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and providing evidence-based therapy interventions
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation requirements

Speech Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
- Current licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working with children with dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:

- Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients in the child’s home, daycare, or other natural environment
